By engaging in the services provided by PartForge 3D, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Descriptions

2.1 Custom 3D Printed and Reproduction Part Services
PartForge 3D offers custom 3D printed part and reproduction services, allowing users to submit part designs for replication or modification. PartForge 3D provides material recommendations based on customer requirements, but it is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the selected material is suitable for their intended use.

2.2 3D Printing Services
PartForge 3D offers 3D printing services, allowing users to submit 3D models for printing. The user is responsible for providing all necessary licensing rights for the 3D models submitted to PartForge 3D for printing.

2.3 3D Scanning Services
PartForge 3D offers 3D scanning services, enabling customers to convert physical objects into digital models. This service involves the use of 3D scanning technology and may require the use of 3D scanning spray for certain objects.

3. Licensing Responsibility
​
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess the appropriate licensing rights for any object they send to PartForge 3D for scanning or replication. This includes licensing for both the physical object and any subsequent use of the resulting 3D model.

4. Customer's Responsibility for Part Suitability
​
Customers are solely responsible for verifying that the 3D printed parts, whether custom or reproductions or from our standard 3D printing service, are suitable for their intended applications. PartForge 3D does not engineer the parts and assumes no liability for any issues arising from the use of the printed parts.

5. Ownership of Digital Assets
​
PartForge 3D retains full ownership of any digital assets created during the part replication or modification process (for custom 3D printed part or reproduction services). However, PartForge 3D does not claim ownership of 3D models created solely as a result of the 3D scanning service. Customers retain full ownership of the digital models generated from their objects.

6. 3D Scanning Spray
​
For some objects, the 3D scanning process may require the use of a 3D scanning spray to enhance accuracy. Customers acknowledge that PartForge 3D is not responsible for any damage to the object resulting from the application of 3D scanning spray.

7. Confidentiality
​
PartForge 3D respects the confidentiality of part designs and objects submitted by customers. However, PartForge 3D is not responsible for any unauthorized access or disclosure of customer-submitted designs or objects due to factors beyond our control.

8. Pricing and Payment
​
Details regarding pricing and payment for services are outlined on the PartForge 3D website. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with the respective services.

9. Delivery and Shipping
​
PartForge 3D will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PartForge 3D is not liable for delays or damages during shipping.

10. Limitation of Liability
​
PartForge 3D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

11. Modifications to Terms

PartForge 3D reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the terms regularly for updates.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, USA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Illinois.
