Problem

Automotive air duct came in with broken mounting tabs, air diffusers, and had warpage from age.

Approach

We modeled from known reference points to create a model that corrected the part warpage and reconstructed broken features.

We delivered a cost-effective part that fit better than the original and is performing great.

A bracket was needed to retrofit an electric drive motor on a manual bead roller.

Approach

Using 3D printing, we were able to prototype designs affordably before committing to a final metal part.
