Fulfillment & Shipping Policy


1. Order Processing & Production Times

Because all of our products are made-to-order, production times may vary depending on the item and level of customization. Typical production times are:

  • Standard Personalized Items: 7-14 business days

  • Part Reproductions: 14-21 business days

  • Bulk or Corporate Orders: 10–21 business days

Production begins after:

  1. Payment has been successfully processed, and

  2. All required design details have been received.

If information is missing or unclear, we will contact you. This may extend production time.

2. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review it carefully and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect. We cannot make changes once production has started.

3. Shipping Times & Methods

Shipping time is in addition to production time.

We offer several carriers and shipping options at checkout, which typically include:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express / Overnight Shipping (where available)

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Weight and size of the package

  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, promotions or free shipping may apply—these will be clearly noted.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional reshipment fees.

7. International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional carrier fees

These costs vary by location and are not included in our prices.

Shipping times for international orders may vary significantly due to customs processing.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier. However, once a package has been shipped, we cannot be held liable for delays outside our control.

9. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or provide a solution based on the situation.

10. Cancellations & Changes

Because all personalized items are made to order:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.

  • If you need to request a change, contact us immediately. We will do our best, but changes are not guaranteed.
